• 1 small can of tuna
• 1 small onion
• 1 small tomato
• 1 cup brocolli (finely chooped)
• salt (to taste)
• 2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp red chilli (crushed)
• oil (for frying)
