Pakora Kadhi

Ingredients:
Kadhi:
•1 Cup Gram flour
• ½ kg Yogurt
•1 & ½ Cups Water
•3 tbsp Oil
•10-12 Curry leaves
• ½ tsp Cumin seeds
• 1 & ½ tbsp Ginger garlic paste
•2 tbsp Turmeric powder
•1 tbsp Red chili powder
•½ tbsp Salt (or to taste)
•¼ Cup Water
•3 Cups Water
Pakoray:
•2 Cups Gram flour
• 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
• ¼ tsp Baking soda
• 1 Cup Water (or as required)
•1 tbsp Coriander seeds (crushed)
•1 tsp Red chili powder
•2 Green chilies (chopped)
•1 medium Onion (sliced)
•1/2 cup Fresh coriander (chopped)
Bagar/Tadkah
• ¼ Cup Oil
•1 small Onion (sliced)
•3 Garlic cloves
•4-5 Whole red chilies
•1 tsp Cumin seeds
•8-10 Curry leaves
