Vegetable Seekh Kabab

Ingredients:
•Boiling water as required
•½ cup Carrots
•½ cup Peas
• ¼ cup Kernel corns
•2 Green chillies
•¼ cup fried Onion
•2 Bread slices
•300 grams Potatoes (boiled)
•½ cup cabbage
•chopped 2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
•1 tbsp green onion (finely chopped)
•Ginger garlic paste (fresh)
•1 tsp Cumin seeds (roasted & crushed)
•½ tsp Red chilli powder (or to taste)
•½ tsp Garam masala powder
•1 tsp Chaat masala
•½ tsp Turmeric powder
•1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
•1 cup All-purpose flour (or as required)
•Cooking oil (for frying)
